What the manufacturer says...

A self-contained playing card levitation.

A playing card is selected from the deck. The card is shown front and back before being placed in the magicianís outstretched palm. On command, the card rises up slowly, floating above the magician's outstretched palm as if buoyed on a cushion of air. The magician then pushes the card back down onto his hand. Finally, he hands the selected card out for examination. It's a simple, direct and startling piece of "impromptu" magic.

Remember these points: there is nothing added or taken away. The trick is entirely self-contained.

There are no funny moves, no sleights, and nothing is attached to the floating card. The card can be show from both sides before and after it floats off of your hand.

What NUMS says...

This effect plays pretty much exactly as read above. A card is selected, shown both sides. The performer's hands are empty.From the performer's outstretched palm, the card rises straight upward, with absolute clean accuracy.
The card is then pushed back down onto the hand, again, shown both sides, and can subsequently be handed out for examination.

The NUMS lowdown...
Skills/sleights required:	Totally self contained, the gimmick does a lot of the work for you. You need only know how to be able to force a card.
Ideal performance situation:	Anytime, anyplace, anywhere. No specific angle problems, although best performed close-up.
Repeatability/reset:	Almost instant reset. Due to the nature of the force, it's not advisable that you repeat to the same crowd, although the faces of the cards need never be seenóso it IS possible to repeat if you adjust the effect accordingly.
Suggestions:	You will need either a blue or red deck of Bicycle cards. One each of blue and red Bicycle Poker gaff is supplied.
